Pembina, North Dakota To Grand Forks North Dakota
ByThe trek from Pembina to Grand Forks was a all day experience. I departed the town about 8:30 am after eating a breakfast of oatmeal at my host home, and saying fair well.
The distances I had to cycle on that day was approx 78 miles, and it took me close to 12 hours. I stopped at a rest area and slept on the picnic benches for over an hour, then refreshed myself and continued cycling toward Grand Forks. I did not stop to eat because the towns were always several miles off the hwy, so I felt to put those miles toward making my destination, and keep cycling.
Before I reached Grand Forks I at some sugar beets that was delicious and nutritious. When I finally reached my destination I was exhausted, and I was singing a song to the Lord: “Lord, Lord, where should I go. By My Spirit you will know. I kept saying it over and over as I cycled into the town, then I saw a church and pulled into the parking lot and went inside.
Dr. Richard Bradley was the speaker, and he ministered on Revelations for the next three nights and the coming Sunday. When the service was over I asked the gentleman behind me about where I could find a campground. He said, “I think we can do a little better than that. We can provide a bed and a shower and encouragement for you before you go on with your mission.
I was given accommodations at the Faith Community Church, and have been truly blessed and refreshed by the Holy Spirit leading. The Spirit of the Lord is here at this church working in the leadership in a mighty way. Praise God. I have been in Grand Forks since Thursday night and today is Saturday. I went to a prayer breakfast this morning, and was instrumental in a soul receiving Christ. How cool is that! God is so good, He is worthy to be praised. Hallelujah!
I have been running with some warriors in Christ, Wayne Puckett online and his brother Rick Puckett, and Joe Atilano.
Well I am signing off.
Great job Lowell! You’re in our prayer continuously 🙂
