Ride Proclamation!

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

From Manitoba to the US Border

By

It was a little emotional for me to think about this would be my last day in Canada.I was thinking what would do once I entered the US, and how was I going to feel. I also thought about why was I having these kinds of thoughts.

I began to realize that I had been cycling through various Canadian provinces for over two months and had become attached to the people and the kindness shared toward me. I arrived at the border and crossed into North Dakota, stopped and turned to look back at the Welcome To Canada sign and smiled to myself.

I thought briefly of many fond memories in that moment of viewing the sign. Canada was behind me now and US cities leading to Florida was before me, so I set my focus on the southern direction ahead and cycled south.

To the body of Christ I quote:

“Bless the LORD, O my soul,And all that is within me, bless His holy name! 2) Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.”

Thank you for reading my blogs and praying for me.  Your brother in Christ, Lowell

  1. Lowell, great to hear that you made it safely over the border. At one point this morning I was going to come and drive to find you and see how you were doing…but then things came up and distracted me. THANK YOU for being with us! Thanks for last night and for sharing from your heart…for encouraging your brothers and sisters! You were such a blessing to us here in Morris! You left a deposit of the Holy Spirit and we are encouraged by your story! Thanks to your wife for letting you go and blessing so many people along your journey! Maybe we’ll get to meet her one day!
How did your accomodations work out in Pembina?
Take care…happy cycling! Love & prayers, Joan

    Welcome back stateside brother!

We continue to pray for your trip, your health and that as the message is heard, and understood the action of the Lord will follow. He is about to do a NEW thing on the earth – may your message prepare hearts for the move of His Spirit which will sweep this country. May the preparation of hearts and lives yield a great harvest of souls, workmen for the field, and shepherds for the flock.

Have a deeply restful sleep tonight my brother Lowell.
Your sister in Christ’s love and the power of the Holy Spirit.

    Hello my sweet brother!
What a joy to have had you with us, once again, at The King’s Table on Wednesday. Thank you for continuing to make us a partner with you in this journey. We love you and do continue to pray as you go forth bringing the River of Living Water out into a parched land. Lowell, many months before you left, I felt led to write your name next to a verse in my Bible. In my daily readings I am going through Isaiah and have come to that verse. My heart is compelled to pause and write to you. The verse I speak of is Isaiah 35:8-10. I believe the road you are now on is, perhaps, a vision of the one we will behold in the coming Kingdom. He has truly gone before you as bring to the blind, eyes to see; to the deaf, the Words their hearts long to hear; to those crippled and trapped in Lo Debar, you come with the Words that will make them leap like the deer. Springs of Living Water will truly burst forth in the wilderness. May you be encouraged knowing that you do not leave the hearts and prayers of so many you love you, and love God. Praying for you my friend.
    Love, Diane
