I am writing this blog at the Wal-Mart store in Fairbanks. The time
is approx. 2:30 in the AM, and I have been cycling around the city. This is an excellent time to get to know the city, it is quiet and empty of traffic. While cycling on first street next to the Chena river, I approach two people standing together, the gentleman commented something concerning me cycling to Florida. To my surprise it was a handsome gentleman and Buzzy. I knew this couple because we had met in a Denny’s restaurant. I was eating when a small wad of paper came across my shoulder and landed on the table. I turned to see what was taking place, well, Buzzy was attempting to get the gentleman’s attention, but truly got mine. She was a little embarrassed, and apologized, and that’s how we met the first time. It was nice to see the two of them again, and we talked like new friends. Well, that’s all for tonight.
